Isreal and his trainee were timely, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and showed me what was the cause of the problem with my dryer. It is purring like a kitten again. Hands up to them both.

After horrible experience with Jerome 1/27, JOSHUA came out 1/29 and expeditiously completed the job. I would definitely recommend Joshua for any HVAC repair. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fantastic work ethic. Sears home repair service customer service was great in addressing my dissatisfaction with Jerome’s attitude and lack of concern for completing the job he was hired to do. Getting through to a live person was challenging, but once I connected problem quickly solved.
