Israel was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! At the inspection visit, he made temporary repairs pending receipt of the part we needed so we could keep using the dryer at a reduced capacity while we waited for the new part. Very thankful for his help and having our dryer back!

Byron the technician was able to come earlier than scheduled and kept me informed of his arrival. He was very knowledgeable about the problem my freezer was having. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave me time to clean up behind the refrigerator once he pulled it out. Overall great experience ans will use again if needed.

Paying for home warranty with this company is a waste of time and a waste of money. My family and myself have been living in horrible heat with AC window units trying to keep us cool. I call you to fix my AC unit and you can’t do anything. I am highly disappointed the services Choice Warranty provided. On the other hand Jerome and Roger were great and trying to fix my problem. Sears technicians were great and I would personally work with them again but I am highly considering canceling my policy with Choice warranty. Horrible service with this home warranty company. Thank you. Both Jerome and Roger were great and intuitive I am just very disappointed in my Home Warranty because they declined my claim to fix my outside unit. I really Ned it fixed.

The repairs of Our AC UNIT was completed within one day, after The Technician received the replacement air conditioner ‘condenser fan motor’; after replacing the motor the system has operated properly.

Joseph was extremely instrumental in getting my dryer diagnosed, part ordered and quick return appointment scheduled. When the appointment was rescheduled twice without my knowledge, I was able to connect with him and get my dryer serviced the same day! I am so happy with how fast he was able to get my issue rectified, his professionalism, and his work ethic. Best Sears technician I’ve worked with this far.
