I could not be more pleased. Jerome was very pleasant to work with and was prompt and efficient. He quickly found the problem with the air conditioning unit ,explained what it was, the cost to do the repair. I agreed to go forward with the work. He did a temporary fix to get the unit working until he could get the proper part to complete the job. He returned and replaced the part .

App says the repairman is here and has not showed. This is the first no show and the texted number doesn't know where they are on the route. At this point I can't recommend Sears for repair. They canceled service calls twice and this no show is awful after waiting to get my AC fixed in this heat. I am angry after waiting since 7 AM and its already past 7 PM.
