Mr. Landon He was very nice professional knew what he was dealing with and took care of it. I recommend ppl ask for Landon otherwise you will be getting the run around them sending out ppl that keep ordering part that doesn't work. I been dealing with this issue 4months them sending out technicians that's ordering part after parts and when they but it in microwave goes out in less than 30min. All the while my microwave needed to be replaced it was discontinued and parts . Thank God they sent Mr.Landon this time he is knowledgeable and knew what the issue was. The 5stars I'm giving is for Mr. Landon I'm making that clear.
