Israel is one of the best technicians I know! His knowledge of the appliances spans 27 years ... he is very careful and thorough in his work; he is so professional, and very courteous .... a real gentleman! Sears is lucky to have him! My service technician was actually excellent. However, I had a truly bad experience, trying to communicate with Sears because she cannot speak with an agent or a human. This gives me serious consideration as to whether or not I would ever use Sears home repair service again.
