Joseph was extremely instrumental in getting my dryer diagnosed, part ordered and quick return appointment scheduled. When the appointment was rescheduled twice without my knowledge, I was able to connect with him and get my dryer serviced the same day! I am so happy with how fast he was able to get my issue rectified, his professionalism, and his work ethic. Best Sears technician I’ve worked with this far.
