Israel was great. He was totally professional and highly skilled. He was helpful and definitely went above and beyond in helping me clean behind the dishwasher and in providing amazing, prompt and professional service. Thanks for sending him. I wish I could get him every time.

Repair Gentleman nice friendly gave their inspection results in a timely manner. However the warranty offered on products and parts from Sears is ridiculous . Not a good move for Sears Service.
