This technician was the best ever. He was thorough and methodical and fixed my dishwasher on his first visit. A previous technician had ordered a new pump that took 2 1/2 weeks to obtain, then was ‘unable to work on this brand of dishwasher’. The current technician spent about 35 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem, with no new pump needed. 2 days before Thanksgiving. I am so grateful for him.
