The technician Mr Jerome, was a nice and knowledgeable man but the scheduling is HORRIFIC! This was our 4th experience with Sears on the same issue and we have had to wait around from 8 am until 7 pm for the tech. It starts with an early window and gets pushed back as the day goes on. You need more people working and a better scheduling system. This isn’t customer service- it’s taking advantage of customer’s time.
