Isiah was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He fixed the microwave when in the past others have forced us to replace it. That was a nightmare!! the only thing that was upsetting was the first visit and it was because your AI didnt give Isiah any of the info I painstakenly entered into the AI text message as yall requested!! it was a waste of my and Isiahs time!! Isiah was great!!
