The technician was polite but I will have to have him come back out the center dial has an option for extra power that was working before this repair is not working now evidently he did not test everything before he left

Technician arrived in estimated window of time and called me upon arrival. He was friendly, professional and properly skilled for the dishwasher issue. He gave a clear and understandable explanation of the issues and repairs needed so I could decide on how to proceed. The diagnostic fee is kind of high especially if you decide not to proceed with the repair because the repair costs more then replacing with a new appliance.

The wait was outrageous. No one should ever be without a refrigerator for 2 months. You guy need to schedule appointments much sooner than a month out. Even though parts were needed they were in within a week, but still had to wait another month. And when the day finally came to repair my fridge we received an automated message saying that there was a stomach reported in my area. That was a big ole lie, and was rescheduled 2 days later. Other than that everything was fine.
