Service personnel was excellent. It’s just a mindset that replacement cost would have been too high. This was not the result, and either Customer had to withstand a long period of delay service completion.

Tech was great, cost on parts was crazy. $221.00 for a part that is generally between $39.99-$59.99, must be tariffs. 319.00 for 30 minutes of labor? He was training a new person maybe we paid double for the trainee.?

I’m giving a 3-star review because I couldn’t get in touch with a human being. Every time I called or went online to find a person, I was re-directed to an AI operator that couldn’t complete the question I was asking. Otherwise, the service man was fine and got the refrigerator working again. But I never got a final invoice and haven’t been able to get one sent to me, because of the ridiculous AI call center that only understands so many functions.

I understand that my unit needed to be cleaned. I had a professionally cleaned and submitted the receipt to my warranty company. The ticket was reopened and the Sears echnician took it upon himself to cancel it, saying it was denied and not a recall. I was able to get a new technician and my air conditioner has been repaired.

In the beginning the sale pitch was with the contract you get the service fee wave and 50%off the repair. 50% off repair we didn’t get and was told it couldn’t be amended. The repair person came out and did the job but forgot to put all the parts back in my refrigerator freezer. I call him and he is supposed to come back out and put the part back in. I’m still waiting. My refrigerator freezer is working right now. 🙏🏽❤️

My experience was not very good at all. I made a apparentment, for my heat and system because it was cold and it had not worked in almost a week. When the guy came out, I told him the problem, but he said he wasn't there for the heating system. He was here for the A. C, which I was not having trouble with go figure, wasn't his regular job, he said, y'all need to get rid of him and call somebody, that's coming out to do what you're supposed to. On a call.
