Freezer was accumulating ice at the bottom. Drainage was cleared in Feb and cost about $450. Noticed ice was accumulating again in early June. Warranty only lasts 30 days. Cleared the drainage again yesterday for $250. All just labor. No parts. Seems like the warranty is too short.

Experienced repair person, educational this time as each seemed to be who came to fix the same problem. The problem was we had several others who contacted us over three months to fix one problem. We were without our ice-maker as each repair person either cancelled, rescheduled or we waited for the repair part to be delivered. Three months!!!!

I agreed to pay $129 for a service call, Expecting to apply that towards any repair necessary. Their repair man was prompt and professional, but after checking the Frigidaire model, learned that the company had discontinued the replacement part of the control panel, and therefore there was nothing he could do. He was there for 10 minutes, and I learned that it was unfixable, a hefty price to pay for a few minutes.

The repair on my AC was great once it was done. However the wait time of a week was quite long considering I am down South. The technician came late Friday night and said he couldn't do anything. He rescheduled to return a week later. There was no consideration for me being in a hot house for a week. I don't think I would use them again. Oh and speaking to a live person was out of the question.

Issue not resolved. American Home Warranty Customer service was told a leak from behind the washer was occurring and sent out a Sears technician that essentially just referred us to a plumber. When asked to clarify procedure to troubleshoot, technician responded in a matter of fact way, “that’s between you and the plumber.” very frustrated. Was charged $100 for absolutely no reason, only miscommunication.

Jerome lied about coming back to fix my AC didnt call or anything so I'm still without my AC being fix and missed a while day of work for pretty much nothing.
