The Technician wasn’t trueful about his findings. No one tampered with my AC unit. Only Licensed AC repair technician has worked on the unit. He spend most of his time at my location sitting in the service vehicle. I never received a detailed diagnosis as to what he found. Never received any written report. Would not recommend Sear to anyone
