I will NEVER CALL SEARS AGAIN. They took my money 129.00 service charge and $700 that 1paid on the original appointment I had to be rescheduled 3 times. They did not show up and they didn’t call or sent any text messages. I missed three days of work and operators that I interacted with We’re not local. They could not guarantee me or let me speak to anyone concerning my experience. My third appointment was this morning and I decided to call to make sure that they were coming out. They asked me if I confirmed over the phone and I did. I was told that I was not put on today’s schedule at all. I went back-and-forth with five different people on the phone For over an hour. Finally I get a text message saying that the technician would be here today. He arrived at 5 PM. I really would like to talk to someone local about my experience.

Sears was scheduled to repair my Kenmore washer on Wednesday of last week. ( June 13)I was given a window of 1-5. However the parts didn’t arrive until 6 that evening. The service was rescheduled for Monday, July 15, the technician didn’t show up or call to reschedule. So I decided to call them Tuesday evening to reschedule and was given a new date August 2. All of the parts are here with me and I can’t get a technician until August. However Sears failed to show up on the given date or call to cancel. I haven’t heard a word from Sears. Had to reschedule on line. Although Sears texted me everyday to confirmed each day, haven’t heard from Sears since the 14th of July. I am very unhappy with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. A big rip off. Unsatisfactory work. DS in Metairie, LA

My experience with the air repair that was requested through my Cinch home warranty was awful. Sears Repair is very hard to contact, message etc. The request was made on 5/31/24 and is still as of 7/9/24 not completed. When trying to follow up online or on the app bots and auto responses are never adequate. After months of waiting several appts were cancelled. The Escalation Dept promised results but Richard, the repairman still cancelled and refused to follow up on the control board that was ordered. He also replaced my digital thermostat on June 11th with an old type thermostat that he stated had been in his truck for months and would be temporary. My warranty specifies a similar one (digital) should be used. I will be cancelling my warranty with Cinch if Sears is the only service they use. I am very angry and disappointed that this process was handled so poorly.

I can't get in touch with anyone regarding my scheduled appointments I've had 5 different appointments only one tech showed up to diagnosis the issue and order parts. I have had parts sitting in garage for over a week. No number to call to talk to a person just a robot named Kendall online and on the phone.

Showed up 7 hours past originally quoted time. Did not diagnose the problem. Did not tell me what his role was or even introduce himself properly. Told me nothing could be fixed because it was after hours even though he was the reason it was after hours. Proceeded to tell me I didn’t know anything about the industry or how it works. Where I then explained my boyfriend is an electrical engineer in this field so I do in fact and then he stormed off. He refused to tell me what the next steps were, what he was writing in the report, when I could expect it to be fixed. He also told me when I asked for the diagnosis or report that “it wasn’t his job to tell me” then when I asked him what his job was he said “it’s not my job to tell you” he told me any information I wanted I had to get through the warranty company. I do not want this man at my home again.

The technicians wasn’t licensed to work. Last week he was supposed to come out and canceled at 8:30 pm. Then, it took another week for second appt. They came out today and said they weren’t licensed to work in a condo and left. Now waiting on third appt to fix my air. If I could have given a zero I would. This is subpar service. Abort.

The tech was professional but the service from the company itself is terrible, they give appointment and don't keep them your time don't matter.I waited all day for the tech no one came or called. Waited two for service that sears repair technician caused.Would not recommend their service to anyone.☹️☹️☹️
