Bruce with Sears was horrible. He was unresponsive, didn’t answer any questions, and complained the entire time. He is the exact opposite of anyone that should be in customer service and support. Oh, and he messed up our hardwood floors when he moved the fridge without a tarp or sheet under it.

This saga started in August with parts ordered and then delivered here. Appointments are made after the delivery which add another week or two. Another part is deemed necessary to replace and that part is ordered adding another few weeks for delivery then the next couple of weeks to see the repair person show up at the house. This last repair person, Roberto, wanted to replace a part already replaced. This part is above the tub. How can the water be leaking all over the attached garage floor from above the tub? This was the last straw! The new piece to be ordered was not being delivered until January 11 and this date was December 30! Then there would be the next appointment to replace the new part again whenever that can be made. At this point the water was making such a mess and there was not enough water to actually wash the clothes that our children were doing our laundry. Additionally, I had back surgery on November 15 where the incision became infected and a second surgery on December 6 when towels and face cloths must be bleached and used only once to make sure the incision was cleaned properly. There was a Picc line where a very strong antibiotic was pushed 3 times a day into me making me feel ill from the medication. These towels had to be washed every other day. The insurance policy was paid in 2023. I want this to be refunded. I would have allowed the insurance to cover a new washer but we got a new one on our own because we could not wait another day. This used to be a great insurance to have through Sears but now the service is terrible! Please contact me to start whatever is necessary to get the refund to us. Thank you, M Taylor

I was charged a labor fee instead of a diagnostic fee, nothing was fixed. They took it apart to figure out what was wrong with it, which is apart of troubleshooting. Terms and conditions are unclear.

Did not repair dryer. Stated it was fixed but tried to use after he left and it was not fixed. Called service center and now I have to wait 10 more days for a service person to return to try to fix my dryer.

He couldn’t find the reason why my washing machine leaks. He didn’t even take the time to take anything apart. He just inspected the outside. Terrible. His company should pay for my floors the next time the machine leaks.
