The part took way too long to come in and they don’t have any real customer service representatives to talk to. It’s all robot and it’s annoying.

I waited a week for my first appointment to fix my AC and it was scheduled for Friday 8-1, I took the day off because of the 11 hr window supplied by Sears. received a message 7:45PM on 8-1 stating they would not be keeping the appointment, an entire day wasted. The phone number and chatbot supplied are useless to get updated info on your appointment. The options given to reschedule the call was not the next day, had to wait another week to get a convenient day to not burn another vacation day. when the tech arrived he was in a personal vehicle no logo, he looked at the AC unit and before diagnosing the issue asked if I wanted to replace the unit, that set the tone for the rest of the service call. In the end it got fixed, communication was poor and I didn't trade my $75 repair for a $7000 AC system.

Your technician Chance came and worked on our refrigerator; however, the refrigerator was not fixed. Another technician came and reported that a new component was needed for the compressor. He ordered that part and we received it. However, no technician has come to install that component. My wife has been making appointments with Sears Repair Service through your AI, but no one arrives. The lack of attention from Sears Appliance Repair has caused extreme stress to my wife and me; we are in our 80's. We are fed up with the unsatisfactory service from Sears Appliance Repair. Your AI is awful. We want all of our money back because Sears Appliance Repair has reneged on the contract.

This service is a JOKE! No phone number to talk to a live person and the AI rep can’t do any changes to order. Parts were back ordered for 2 weeks for refrigerator so I ordered one part myself. Rescheduled appointment but because AI rep can’t make changes the appointment was canceled even tho I received text & email confirmation. Rescheduled again and waited at home all day for no one to call or show up!

We just had our dryer repaired for not spinning. Now, no matter what cycle we dry on it dries at the highest temperature, even on no heat/air fluff. I have no way to reconnect with the repairman outside of making this post. If possible I’d like to have my dryer repaired to full functionality

I made a claim on my washer machine since August 2025. Now it’s November 2 my washer machine is still not repaired. Every week they are rescheduling my appointment. I had exact same experience 2 years ago with my refrigerator repair. It took them three months to get it repaired. We had no choice to buy another refrigerator due to Sears continuing rescheduling my appointment. I would never buy this repair service again. It’s worthless. I wonder what they would do when their appliances are not working.

Service man was polite and professional. How ever his estimate was incorrect. So, I elected by another drier. After receiving the new one I had to remove the old electrical cord to reuse on new drier. Finding the problem of a short in the connection. This is why the drier didn't work. I was charged for the estimate which did not pay. Something needs to be figured out before I pay. Please have someone to respond, NOT AI.

Turns out the high priced recommended fix for my 1 year and 1 month old Maytag washing machine from the technician was incorrect and instead of an expensive control board and costly repair, a local repairman found the true problem to be a new clutch kit (which would explain the noises we’ve heard). Very disappointing misdiagnosis from Sears. I want my money back. I'm seeing many poor reviews and a reponse to contact Sears, but having no luck with the link nor the number as the "Customer Service" option is not provided nor am able to talk to a Live Agent. Frustrating.
