To say Vaughn is knowledgeable is an understatement. Within no time, the defective ice maker was removed and replaced and Vaughn was on his way. To say I was impressed does not even begin to explain my praise for Vaughn’s knowledge and actions. We are once again enjoying craft ice cubes!
