Chris was very nice and dependable. I made the appointment at 5pm on Friday and he showed up at 8am Saturday morning. Unfortunately, we decided not to repair because the parts cost as much as a new washer. I recommend the service!

Arrived in a timely manner after messaging me that he was near our home. Checked out washer and demonstrated the mechanical problem. The repair estimate was pretty high and I decided to just get a new washer.
