Technician was great but he arrived at 6 pm when appointment window was 8-5. Sears text message confirming appointment said technician was to call in the morning with an estimated arrival. I got the call at 5:15 saying 45 minutes to arrival. If a technician knows the client is last on the list, it would be possible to make the service window smaller. We had to reschedule once because the Sears confirmation text was for a Friday but the technician had been told it was a different day. So this service required me to stay home from work 2 days. Poor coordination between sears service center and thier local technician. Once he arrived, he got the part replaced and stayed long enough to make sure the problem had been corrected. He was great. But the Sears service coordination was poorly done.

The technician that came out was excellent I explained everything I had done when he had checked everything he suggested I reroute the vent tube and that seemed to correct the problem

repair service was good but I was rescheduled 3 times, twice at the end of the day after I had cleared my calendar and waited all day watching the ETA continually move from 11am to mid afternoon before being told that I was rescheduled
