Technicians were great. Worked quickly to diagnose the problem. Ordered parts and returned for repairs. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the scheduling app. AI with no human contact, rescheduled once, around noon when I was off work for the day specifically for the repair. I did not initiate the reschedule but it read like I had. The repair schedule is for 7:00AM to 6:00PM, which requires a full day commitment. Most repair or installation services give you a morning schedule or afternoon schedule window so you don't lose a full day of work.

The technician told me that he was gonna recommend to replace the board in my in my dishwasher. I watched him take the board out. I watched him put it back. I never saw any kind of roach, eggs, roaches or anything, but American Home Shield is denying my claim because they said that was roach infestation and the technician did not say anything to me about it and there was no sign of anything like that. I would like the report that he turned into American Home Shield please

Justin was awesome but the warranty plan tried to force me to take a piece of junk in replacement because my unit was not economical to repair . They tried to make me accept a unit that had nothing but bad reviews for breaking down!

I don’t understand why I had to pay $96 for a diagnosis when I didn’t get a diagnosis. The service man actually showed up this time and was very nice, but he didn’t do any good for me whatsoever. He told me that he could not tell me what the problem was unless I spend over $700 for parts and labor to change a part to be able to find out what the problem was. Then, if, and when the problem was found, I would have to pay parts and labor again to have that repaired. The refrigerator is only 3 1/2 years old.
