I have had an ongoing issue with my fridge since before Thanksgiving of last year. This is the second time a Sears technician came out, the third overall regarding the same issue. Daimon, the most recent Sears technician, was very knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis from the very beginning. You can tell he has experience and expertise in the field and he thoroughly communicated with me throughout the entire process. From diagnosis, to ordering of parts, and following up on tracking of parts to rescheduling of my appointment once all parts were received. He gave me the type of customer service that I strive to give others daily, but sadly in this day and age I hardly ever receive in return. He is the epitome of what an exemplary employee is and takes pride in what he does and it shows. Sears should be proud and grateful to have someone like him working for their company. Excellent job and A1 customer service, Daimon!!

Technician arrived as scheduled. He listened to what the problems were, and tested device and diagnosed potential problem. Contacted ZLINE technical support team and part that was sent was changed out, and stove tested and adjustments made as instructed. Excellent service and service experience.
