Rescheduled us four times. Technician finally showed up and left but the refrigerator still does not work!

If I could put a ZERO I would!!! Shotty work. I have lost two days of work for technician to NOT REPAIR MY APPLIANCE!! He ordered two parts came back out to replace parts and refrigerator is STILL NOT WORKING!!!!! THIS MEANS MORE MISSED WORK!!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT LOSS OF INCOME. ALSO - NEVER BUY FROM LOWES EITHER!!! THEIR SO CALLED SERVICE PROTECTION PLAN OVERLAPS 1ST YEAR SO YOU LOSE A YEAR AND NO ONE THERE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BEING WITHOUT A MAJOR APPLIANCE LIKE A REFRIGERATOR FOR TWO WEEKS AND COUNTING!!!!! UPDATE I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT YESTERDAY TO DIAGNOIS MY REFRIGERATORAND IT WAS A SLOW LEAK IN EVAPORATOR COIL. HOW COULD SEARS REPAIR TECHNICIAN DUSTIN WHO CAME OUT ON 6/13 MISSED THIS?!?!?!?!?! NOW... DUE TO NEGLECT, BAD SERCIXE AND INCOMPETENCE FROM SEARS TECHNICAN DUSTIN WE HAVE TO WAIT YET FOR THAT PART TO COME IN THEN SCHEDULEACTUAL REPAIR = ANOTHER WEEK!!!! UNACCEPTABLE SEARS HOME REPAIR!!!! - THE RESPONSE FROM "OWNER" GAVE ME THEIR 800# THAT HAS NO WAY TO FOLLOW UP. YOU WOULD THINK IF SEARS HOME REPAIR ACTUALLY CARED THEY WOULD GIVE A DIRECT # TO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY HANDLES COMPLAINTS. THIS IS EVEN MORE OF A REASON TO NOT USE SEARS HOME REPAIR

I’ve been waiting on these guys for a month and they’ve now cancelled 4 times, two have been on the day of the scheduled appointment. Save yourself the time and headache and use someone else

Tech was good, parts came in on time. Getting Someone back out to do the repair after rescheduling from Friday to Monday then sending message they can’t make it Monday unacceptable I should have opted for new instead of trusting they would show back up in a timely manor after payment. I do not recommend!
