Christopher was the technican and he explained everything he was doing to get the refrigerator working again. He did a great job and it is working good again.

Dwayne was the service man for my GE gas stove. Although this was the second call within 5 months, the service man explained what was done this time as compared to what was done 5 months ago. However, according to CenterPoint Energy technician it was the same problem this time with the gas stove as it was 5 months ago (broiler only ignites on one side. I have videos from both occurrences). I had the same Sears repairman and the same CenterPoint Energy technician for both calls. Hopefully this will not happen again but if it does, I will be requesting a new stove. This could be a very dangerous situation.

Arrived late in the evening had a long time trying to fix it and left all his trash and boxes on my table! Told me to put it to the road.

Repairs were good just take too long to get a service person out to the home then too long to get the parts in to come back All together took almost a month for someone to come out and auto parts and repair this was a refrigerator All products inside had to be replaced spoiled

It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard what’s to be done about this faulty refrigerator!!!!!!!!

The tech that came out to replace my dryer part... put it inside of my washer and broke it!! Ruined my washer and the board...

I only give one star because 0 is not an option. The first trip to my residence he broke the freezer slide. And shorted the control board. Fast forward until the return appointment. The office contacts us the day of the appointment and says he called in Sick. They tried to re schedule for a week later. Meanwhile we have no refrigerator. They end up send him today. He claims that he was scheduled off the day before. So he replaces the parts he ordered and leaves. 2 hours later control board is showing a error code that shuts down the refrigerator again. We call the office and get told we need to let it run for 24 hours to properly cool down. That would be great but it doesn't run for 2 hours. Tried explaining to the representative what is going on and got lied to. She stated that the technician would return today by 5 pm . At 430 pm no call no show we called the office again same song and dance but this time was told he would be here by 6 . I'm just now laying down for the night and still have not heard from or seen the technician. I am extremely dissatisfied with this technician and the company in general. We have officially lost all of the food in our refrigerator with this horrible service. I will add to this post now. They scheduled another appointment and the technician didn't show up again. But we received the email from them saying he repaired the appliance and the charge code for 79 dollars. And the audacity to attach another survey form
