My washer goes out every 6-8 months and Dustin always gets the job done! He’s courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend! My washer is under warranty so I’m not familiar with the cost of fixing it so often.

Christopher was the technican and he explained everything he was doing to get the refrigerator working again. He did a great job and it is working good again.

Dwayne was the service man for my GE gas stove. Although this was the second call within 5 months, the service man explained what was done this time as compared to what was done 5 months ago. However, according to CenterPoint Energy technician it was the same problem this time with the gas stove as it was 5 months ago (broiler only ignites on one side. I have videos from both occurrences). I had the same Sears repairman and the same CenterPoint Energy technician for both calls. Hopefully this will not happen again but if it does, I will be requesting a new stove. This could be a very dangerous situation.
