Michael understood the problem very well, did the repair and was very professional. My mother said, he was very easy to talk with and a very nice man. He's a great asset to your company!! NOTE: I think the cost for this repair was well overpriced, due to the fact, it was only a belt change for $76 and the labor to change the belt was $300. This makes no sense at all, the labor to do it, didn't match this price, at all!! I could understand it better, if the labor would have been between $75 to $100, but this price is absolutely absurd! Y'all really need to rethink these labor costs, because times are just as hard for the consumers, especially for those that have set government low incomes, with the economic rise, companies should be more reasonable with charges for simple things. This part was very disappointing, but my 91 years old mother, needs the security of her in-home washing machine, that's why I had no choice, but to agree to this cost. 😠

Left old parts, mess on the floor, empty boxes not taken out, got my rug dirty and was not cordial at all. Th I s completely repair experience was a nightmare. Completely unhappy with the service.

The technician has been out 5 times and replaced 7 different parts. Refrigerator still is intermittent and freezer does not work. Absolutely never use this company or buy a GE
