The person didn't know what they were doing. I have had Sears home repair before and it was fine. This however, was a waste of time and money.

Requested service on wall oven. Tech could not fix it. Created a bigger problem. Came back again to fix. Charged $200 on credit card. AI was unhelpful, confusing and annoying. Would not let me speak to a customer service rep. Have a service contract paying over $75 a month. Why?
