dylan did his best I have spent 2600 dollars on a gas stove that won't preheat right and Thor reps. say that nothing wrong tell me how to bake somrthing that fluctuats 100 degrees very disappointed in this product and they can't service them over a phone. Wife won'teven cook with it she scared of the gas with all the soot in the bottom that wasn't there befor they started repaires maybe someone with more experence could help instead of dealing with factory rep over a phone

The water now works in the door of the refrigerator, but the ice maker still isn't working.

Tech came, nice guy. Couldnt fix my dryer because of seriel number rubbed off. Model number present but said nothing could be done without seriel number. Paid $109 for his trouble(completely fine) but he didn't even take control board out to test it for power. Dryer has correct amps to it.Seems more could have been done.. Unsatisfied customer for sure.

Refrigerator did not get repaired. The Refrigerator does not get cold. The freezer side still does not freeze. The refrigerator has been out of service for months. I unplugged it because it did not work and was just running for nothing. Costing me electricity. No one told me to plug it in 48 hrs. before the tech arrived. I had a new socket installed and there is no difference in the refrigerator. It still is doing the same thing. Please send the parts to fix it and a tech to fix it. If it can't be fixed then it should be replaced. Sincerely SM Marlow
