We just had a sensation home warrantee repair service performed by Seth Volz who was on time, professional and efficient in the covered repairs. This is the second warrantee repair since I purchased the policy 2 years ago on 5 new GE appliance. so it has about half paid for itself already.

Amazing young man very efficient. Took plenty of time to explain the protection policy to me to see if I wanted to buy it. Let me know that I could always Call Sears for help if I need it.
