Been waiting on someone to show up since June 27th have made four appointments wait all day long no-show. seriously, need to close Sears down. Very disappointed!

This company rips people off. They are more concerned with signing people up on warranties than actually fixing the appliance. The serviceman was going to charge $631 for what he said would be a ten minute job. When I declined he immediately came down to $431. I declined that and he tried to charge $119 service call after we were told on the phone it was $99

You can buy a new appliance for what they charge to fix your appliance. mine was just the lid lock on a washer the part was a 100 dollar and they want to charge me 480 dollar to fix it

Nov. 27, 2024 I have a complaint against Johnny , the technician you sent here today to fix my LG dishwasher from Lowes. He replaced the spray arm like he should have done. I had a broken, but functioning bottom rack that had wire around the connecting piece. He disconnected the wire and took apart the pieces and said the former repairman Brent from Sears Home Services ordered the wrong parts to fix the rack. After calling the insurance company and telling them of the sad condition of the dishwasher, he wanted to leave without reassembling my rack parts. When I asked him to put it back together at least like it was before, he told me that he wasn't allowed to and told me that it was simple to do and that I should do it. First, the main new piece (on the right in the photo) was exactly like the old broken piece (on the left), so that part was not an incorrectly ordered part as you can see. Second, Johnny left me with 4 rack pieces dangling without the connecting piece, thus making the dishwasher totally unfunctionable just before Thanksgiving when a group of 17 are to show up. Now my state is worse than before he came. He acted irresponsibly and unprofessionally. Sincerely, Steven Wolf

We had a repair quote done on our refrigerator in July of 2024. We decided to move ahead with the repair. The "technician" said that he would call to schedule a time for repair when the part came in. After a four month wait with no contact, we assumed we had been forgotten about. In November 2024, we received a large bill in the mail when NO repair had been done, and furthermore, no call or attempt to reach us had ever been made. Not to even mention the fact that they expected us to set the whole day aside to wait for the "technician" and couldn't make a proper appointment time the first day. One Star Review! Not recommend! Take business elsewhere!

ZERO stars! The technician NEVER showed up at my home and then he marked the service call as COMPLETED!!! So, not only did he NOT show up, now I have to call to get a new work order. Absolute garbage!

Called the local number to find out about getting a locked freezer door opened. I got some call center where they were clueless, couldn't answer a direct question, and we're not able to go off their script. I just need a damn door opened so I can get the model number and a replacement key purchased, not a $400 repair bill, which is half the cost of a brand new freezer!!!!!

Dealing with Sears Appliance Repair has been one of the most frustrating experiences that I have ever endured. They would email/text that they would be to my house on this date between 8 and 5. I would clear my schedule. Usually in the mid afternoon Sears would text to inform me that I was the next stop and approximately what time the service repair person would arrive. The arrival time would come and go and they never showed. An hour or so after supposed arrival past, Sears would email that my appointment had been rescheduled. Four times I cleared my schedule to be home and FOUR TIMES THEY CANCELLED. Today the repair man actually arrived. We asked him about the many times we were rescheduled. He gave us some excuses none of which were true. Sears was unable to fix the washer. Also I had to pay an additional $109 directly to the repair man. Even though I had prepaid for the service when I originally scheduled the appointment. He said the original $109 would be refunded to me. I won't hold my breath! #buylocal #seerssuck
