Brandt was quick to diagnose that the dryer had a bad heating element. And it just so happened that he had a new one on his truck. Nice going mate! Thank you sir! Nothing like great work!

Brent found the problem and fixed it fast. Sears was WAY off on the diagnosis. I told Sears it got hot and quit turning. They sent me a belt and pulley. I bought thermistor and fuse and he replaced it for me. He was very nice and professional. He even pet my beagle on his way out 😀

My product has been an ongoing and frustrating issue, and the appointment scheduling has been confusing as well as frustrating; but Brent has been the bright spot in it all. He has been patient, professional, and efficient! He communicated when he was coming, arrived on time, and left the area neat and orderly.
