Dylan was awesome. He was here promptly and very informative. Our washer was screaming and he made it stop found something stuck underneath. Then he was very informative of the home warranty.

Dude was awesome! Went above and beyond to make sure my microwave was fixed ASAP. He figured out the problem, ordered the parts and when they came in he came right over and installed the parts and fixed it. Very fast service, good guy to talk to. I would recommend him 1,000 times over.

Brent found the problem and fixed it fast. Sears was WAY off on the diagnosis. I told Sears it got hot and quit turning. They sent me a belt and pulley. I bought thermistor and fuse and he replaced it for me. He was very nice and professional. He even pet my beagle on his way out 😀
