The Technician came in and done what may have been the requirements of his job but still left me feeling that there was an issue with my washer dryer combo. He informed me that LGs owners manual was wrong about the capabilities of their machines. And acted as if he didnt believe that the issues I am having exist.

He didn't fix the problem said I had roaches and bed bugs. I do have roaches but no bed bugs. He had a bad attitude.
