Bric was early, and we were so glad to see him . He was pleasant and professional. He went right to work, and when he finished he explained the situation well. He had two alternatives to base our decision. We appreciate his assessment and presentation of the courses of action. Thank you for sending Bric to us. Hopefully, we’ll have a working washer very soon.
