Service tech was good at what he did but as far as communication from Sears, it took three times and five calls just a big inconvenience when I could’ve been doing other things, but the job finally got done and service tech was good. I got the job done.

The technician that came out did an amazing job! The only issue I had was getting the parts to fix my ice maker. The ice maker part was on back order so it took forever to get it. The spacers he ordered to level my door never came.
