Excellent service from technician. However, at the corporate level I feel that the labor cost was entirely out of line for the actual time spent.

Chris was very detailed. He made sure he addressed all my concerns before he left. And made sure my cold and hot water lines were hooked up correctly. The LAST tech that came out told my son there must be something wrong with my water heater that’s why my cold water doesn’t work 🤨, and he didn’t program the mother board for my washer correctly! If I can I will always request Chris to come out for repairs.
