Technician was very informative. Seemed to know exactly what problem was within just a few minutes. However, later that night same issue with 6 weeks old Samsung dryer not drying. I feel the product I purchased from Lowe’s was faulty from beginning. Waiting for Samsung to send technician back out again.

Great work. Had two visits to order parts and then waited at home two more Tuesdays until I finally called to complain. I understand one of those Tuesdays part didn’t make it in, but following week they should have been here. Regardless no communication until I contacted them. I think my job just fell between the cracks. Technician was great and got job done once parts arrived!

Took 4 scheduled appointments to get repair done. First time - assessment and ordered part; 2nd time cancelled at last minute; 3rd time wrong part; 4th time - completed repair but left with ice maker not working with advice on scheduling a new repair ticket if it continues not to work.

The 1st technician repaired the failed part, but left the dishwasher unsecured. It would try to tip over whenever you pulled on the handle. The company gave me no method to contact them to tell them it was unsatisfactory. Everything was automated recordings on the phone, or online webpages with no way to leave a message. Apparently the technician never turned the job in as complete so they sent another technician that did a great job fixing what the 1st guy messed up.
