terrible experience so far, need the technician to call but there AI wont connect to them ,I received ice maker but they show it back ordered and keep moving the appointment. it been 6 weeks and no one has ever reached out to me of why, them have my money and I HAVE NOTHING. Beware

Bric was super nice and friendly. He explained the issue and what was causing it. He definitely made this stressful situation with our fridge less stressful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
