Nothing against the technician however I had to wait for the part for over 2 months, and the warranty company American home shield let it happen half the time I'd have to contact them instead of anybody falling up in the Park from Sears

After arriving the repair man checked out the microwave and deduced it was the magnetron. He looked in the book could not find one a week later he returns. I have a part that he ordered he attempts to install. Did not work. Wrong part After doing some checks on his phone, he had The part on his van the whole time. Had he dropped the unit and checked the part number he would’ve known this I would not have had to wait a week. I feel the service was lacking in that respect.

I would avoid these guys at all costs. My mom recently contacted them to help with freezer issues. Turns out it was only a frozen condensation line and they charged her $370 to thaw it out. On top of this, the tech broke her freezer handle and didn’t tell her about it. She discovered it as soon as he left and they wanted to charge her another $150 service call fee plus $89 in parts for him to come back out to fix it.

Service tech was the most condescending, rude, obnoxious person Ive ever talked too. From the first phone call to having to return within a few minutes because he didn't put the front panel on correctly before he left. I called Sears to voice a complaint and the representative listened to him talk to me in this manner and was completely apologetic about his behavior. I requested that he NEVER be sent to my home again.

VERY VERY disappointed with A&E repair. There 3rd party with Lowes. They have been to the house twice and suppose to come a third time today but when he (bobby) called to let me know what time he would be here he recognized the address an didn't even bother coming. He was also the 2nd repair man an said it was the floor BUT he didn't even touch the washer, turn it on or move it so how did he think it's the Floor..( ITS NOT THE FLOOR ). He said he would have to call his manager an I would have to contact GE again who passed me to customer relations and they are suppose to send someone out for the 4th time. I've been dealing with this for 5 weeks now and being passed back an forth with many different people and hours on the phone an getting no where. I have 3 kids an have had to find different places to wash clothes. I've been very patient but I'm about in tears. This washer and base was a lot of money and I've tried to use it twice in 5 week's but it's not working. Very very frustrating at this point. Hope this helps you
