The technician was nice but I’m not sure he actually fixed the problem. He did fix part of the problem but the washer is still get off balance and making a lot of noise.

First, Jerome was incredibly knowledgeable and informative and kind. He gets 5 stars. To the decision makers above him, - 3 stars for pricing parts so far out of the market that buying a new one is cheaper than the fix. In no world is forcibly pushing people into the market a good business practice. Appliances are expensive and should not be sold as “disposable” - there’s enough trash in the world. But yeah let’s keep calling greed “standard business practice”. Be better.

Technician was Jerome T. First visit, he completely misdiagnosed the problem. Wouldn't answer any of my questions and was beyond rude. Second time, the appointment was at 730am, then was changed to 430pm. Then 630pm. He never showed up but told the manufacturer that I declined service. So now I have to wait yet again. I'll never buy another LG product and have anything that deals with sears home service. Both of these company's should be ashamed. Apparently all it takes to work there is to be rude and ignorant

Didn’t even show up at my house decided to close out my ticket and send me a text saying could get parts authorized.
