The repairman was fine, just seems unreasonable to have to wait for a warranty repair nearly 2 months for a washing machine that took 5 minutes to fix! Sears Appliance Repair should go the way Sears stores have. It's time for a change

Worst possible experience! The amount of cancelled appointments and total disregard of my time is appalling ! Did not fix anything after two times he actually showed up. Two months later and still no oven. Called another company and it was fixed in 10 minutes.

Google Maps shows Sears at 912 South 12th Street Murray, KY. The store no longer exists. The website listed speaks of Sears Repair. I communicated with them and they said they are in Chicago, IL. They will attempt to correct Google Maps.
