The tech was great but the Sears Company has been awful. We have been waiting for 4 mon ths to get our covered dryer repaired. Three tech have come to work on the GE Profile dryer. Each one said a specific control board was necessary and ordered it. When it arrived, it did not work and the process started all over again. I am in the process of turning this situation over to an atturney for resolution. Sears used an AI system and the process will not allow me to speak to a real person and work on a solution--either fix it or settle up for a new machine. I have been using Sears service for over 15 years and this past year it has been awful. I do not recommend using this repair service. cc:District fraud investgator for Marshall County, Kentucky.

Very happy with the repair completed very quickly I bought the appliance insurance for future repairs the repair technician sent was very professional and helped with some availability problems on my part
