Benjamin was very cordial and knowledgeable. He was not able yo reair otr reftigerator, but gave us some good advice on what we could do. We would give him a five- star rating. However, we are not at all pleased with the AI Sears Automated Repair Services. It lacks the friendly personal feeling that only a "human" voice could provide. Also, there was no "live body" to answer any questions, or in case of any emergency the customer may have encountered prior to Bejamin's arrival.

Our service technician was fine. He was prompt and thorough. So my review is not towards him, but rather your unethical policy. Sending a tech to our home NOT having ‘electrician’ experience did not do US any good, yet we still had to pay the upfront fee for the diagnostic testing of $119.00. That’s a chunk of change for some of us, ESPECIALLY since we already knew there was a problem with our Maytag dryer. If you’re going to insist upon a $119.00 diagnostic fee UPFRONT, then please send technicians with the capability of FIXING the issue. Otherwise, you all performed highway robbery like so many other companies, which is very sad. I’d like to charge YOU the same amount for simply wasting your technician’s time as well as mine!

Repair service was great! I wish they could give a narrower timeframe for arrival other than 8a.m.-5 p.m. . They only call directly before they are about to show up.

Repair assessment was great, but Kenmore product is junk. Don’t buy Kenmore. I gave it 4 stars because the repairman was great. For the product there are no negative stars that I could post.
