On his first visit, Brandon did a good job of diagnosing the problem which was the pump. He fixed it to where it would work until the part came in. When we washed the next load, water flooded our utility room - he hadn't clamped the water line down tight. On his next visit, he was very punctual with calling and communicating. Two parts were sent - one was the incorrect part. He installed the correct part. He called me about it. I'm not sure what other part needs to be replaced. I'm sure he will report it. Thank you.

This rating has two parts: Part one the technician, Chris! Wonderful five stars. He diagnosed the issues and we have a resolution! THANK YOU, Chris!! Second part: general customer service— 0 stars. For four days I tried to speak to a rep. I literally called 5 different numbers. Eventually I received a message that said it is not possible to speak to a live agent. All customer service is run through AI. At some point there should be an option to leave a message on the phone or, as I did, by text and have a real person call back. I only spoke to the tech when he called on the day of. For this, I am unlikely to choose Sears in the future and will tell my home warranty company not to assign them to my requests.

The service man was perfectly nice, but he had not received any of the information I had provided previously. I was told he would bring the parts to repair it. He had no parts and no service van with parts. He was driving a rental car provided for him. He hadn’t even been told it was a beverage / wine fridge he’d be working on. I had provided model and serial numbers when the appointment was scheduled. He left with nothing repaired and said he would put the information in from his assessment. Don’t expect repairs the same day.. He was on time and very pleasant don’t think the issue was related to the service man.

Brik was very knowledgeable and friendly however knowing the issue, in advance, you would have thought the company have had him with the right parts. Parts was supposedly in his work van which was down for repairs. Knowing water wasn't coming into the fridge should have been a red flag of the most obvious part to bring with you first.

The repairman left a black hose off of the new valve he put in and I’ve got water all in the floor. I put the hose back on and now I ruining it to see if it still leaks

Technician came out and assessed the problem and ordered the part. Came back and replaced the part and now the ice machine is pouring water into the ice tray. Done! Payed too much. Should have used someone local.
