Gregg was very friendly and helpful but he did something that we were not award of. He signed my name to a potential damage document without letting me or my wife know anything about it. I would not know if it hadn't been sent to my email. Also, he told us there is a 90-day guarantee on the repairs but on the document sent to me it states 30-day. Which is right one?

I gave because it took 5 trips by 2 different tech's to finally fix but it was with a part i bought instead of the parts Sears supplied (from Amazon). The part i bought was from Samsung!!! I probably spent $20 more for my part but you Sears spent 5 days of their tech time and vehicle time!! It pays to start with the right parts. Your techs ate excellent and your procurement department had issues!!!!!!!

This the 6th time you all have come to work on the same issue (ice maker). We’ve been told you’ll come work on it every week before replacing the refrigerator, like your warranty contract says. Sad business Sears!

I DO NOT AND WOULD NOT recommend Sears Appliance repair to anyone. Rescheduled MANY times several no call no shows. Their scheduling service is AWFUL, all run by AI and no way to speak to a live person. However their technician Greg that actually did show up was a pleasure to work with.

The fridge tech went to the wrong address and caused me to loss out on my food spoilage. This is so wrong.The fridge tech told a lie. Saying my fridge is working but is not working. I think assurance claim needs to be investigated by the law.

Out washer is under factorul warranty. The sales rep that scheduled the appt never said there would be a charge to come out. They never said they couldn’t do warranty work for Whirlpool. We said the washer was 2 months old. I would like to speaker to someone to make a complaint.
