Came the first time and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part came back a week later and fixed it. It was actually a very nice experience for once. Thanks for getting it done fast. Technician was nice and explained to us what all he did. We had insurance through Lowe's so we paid no out of pocket which was also great.
