Bobby is very knowledgeable, he does not cut corners and takes his time. He even took the time to explain to us what he found. He went above and beyond other technicians we have worked with. He not into selling you things but rather fixing the issue at hand!

Anthony is a professional at his job, he came into my house and was courteous, polite and well spoken. Went to the job fixed the oven cleaned everything up then left. Thank you Sears for sending Anthony.

I have all good things to say about my experience with Sears! Although you don’t really get the chance to talk to a real person when putting in a claim and getting an appointment scheduled, it was very pleasant and quick to do so! I did have to wait some time for my appointments, but I understand that’s part of it. Our technician was great! Very kind, honest, and quick to do his job.
