Very helpful. There was a small issue with the order and he immediately called and got it fixed. Showed up when he said he would. Fixed the issue and made sure it was fixed.

Greg was an amazing repair technician! Had our refrigerator back up and running in no time at all. He was wonderfully courteous and explained everything in detail and was a delight to have as a technician, he even stayed for a few minutes just to make sure the repair was actually succeasful. Give him a pay raise lol
