Gregg was very friendly and helpful but he did something that we were not award of. He signed my name to a potential damage document without letting me or my wife know anything about it. I would not know if it hadn't been sent to my email. Also, he told us there is a 90-day guarantee on the repairs but on the document sent to me it states 30-day. Which is right one?

This the 6th time you all have come to work on the same issue (ice maker). We’ve been told you’ll come work on it every week before replacing the refrigerator, like your warranty contract says. Sad business Sears!

Out washer is under factorul warranty. The sales rep that scheduled the appt never said there would be a charge to come out. They never said they couldn’t do warranty work for Whirlpool. We said the washer was 2 months old. I would like to speaker to someone to make a complaint.
