I’m upset with the fact that what the first technician that was here order the wrong parts for my refrigerator. The technician today reordered it . He was very polite and I did get upset with the fact that my refrigerator isn’t fixed yet and I have to wait another week. I understand that none of this was his fault and I did apologize for my behavior.

The tech fixed the issue with our dryer but damaged it in the process by repeatedly dropping pieces of our dryer and damaged our wall behind the dryer

Tech was nice. Too bad he didn't put on ALL the new pulleys that were ordered and paid for by warranty company. I told them, by the way. Now two weeks after the fix, the dryer is thumping like it's broken. Is this how you rip people off? Half ass fix so you can get called back in a few months? Not satisfied at all!
